  2.語(yǔ)言

  1.時(shí)間要倒序:最近的學(xué)歷要放在最前面。

  2.學(xué)校名要大寫(xiě)并加粗:這樣便于招聘者迅速識(shí)別您的學(xué)歷。

  5.社會(huì)工作

  擔(dān)任班干部,只寫(xiě)職務(wù)就可以了;參加過(guò)社團(tuán)協(xié)會(huì),寫(xiě)明職務(wù)和社團(tuán)名,如果什么職務(wù)都沒(méi)有,寫(xiě)"member of club(s)".社團(tuán)協(xié)會(huì),國(guó)外一般都用club.不必寫(xiě)年月和工作詳情,有些可留待工作經(jīng)歷中寫(xiě)。

  一些學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)歷的技巧:

 、 教育背景中寫(xiě)相關(guān)課程。但千萬(wàn)不要為了拼湊篇幅,把所有的課程一股腦兒地都寫(xiě)上,如體育等。這樣不很有效,別人也沒(méi)耐心看。

 、 獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金一項(xiàng)一行。許多學(xué)生每年都有獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,這樣一來(lái),也可寫(xiě)出三四行,甚至更多。

  ⒊ 拉長(zhǎng)句子。每個(gè)句子都可加入一些詞拉長(zhǎng)一些。其實(shí)拉長(zhǎng)并不難,難的是縮短。

  ⒋ 自然地多換行,多寫(xiě)點(diǎn)句。

 、 加大字號(hào)?蓪10號(hào),小五改成12號(hào),小四。

  ⒍ 社會(huì)工作細(xì)節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷中。這樣會(huì)填補(bǔ)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)少的缺陷,例如,你在做團(tuán)支書(shū)、學(xué)生會(huì)主席等社會(huì)工作時(shí)組織過(guò)什么活動(dòng),聯(lián)系過(guò)什么事,參與過(guò)什么都可以一一羅列。如果只做過(guò)一件事,那就應(yīng)該盡量把它掰開(kāi)了寫(xiě),如領(lǐng)導(dǎo)過(guò)多少人,完成了什么事,起到了什么作用。這樣一來(lái),起碼就有了三行。如果做了更多的事,一件一行就可以了。行文簡(jiǎn)潔的原則還是要遵守的。

  ⒎ 暑期工作。作為大學(xué)生,雇主通常并不指望你在暑期工作期間會(huì)有什么驚天動(dòng)地的成就,當(dāng)然如果你有就更好了。不過(guò)即使實(shí)在沒(méi)有,就算是在父母的單位呆過(guò)幾天,也不妨寫(xiě)上。這樣也算是顯得接觸過(guò)社會(huì),了解了些行業(yè),做過(guò)了些工作。但你一定要能說(shuō)上幾句才寫(xiě)在簡(jiǎn)歷上。否則將來(lái)面試時(shí),你恐怕會(huì)被問(wèn)得張口結(jié)舌,顯得很尷尬。

  ⒏ 中學(xué)情況。一般都不寫(xiě),寫(xiě)的話也不要寫(xiě)太多。有的人中學(xué)經(jīng)歷特輝煌,做過(guò)學(xué)生會(huì)主席、當(dāng)過(guò)團(tuán)支部書(shū)記,學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)也名列前茅。其實(shí)中學(xué)成績(jī)?nèi)绾稳绾魏檬亲顩](méi)有參照性的,除非是北京四中、南師附中這樣的全國(guó)知名學(xué)校,否則作用不大,因?yàn)樽钪匾倪是你當(dāng)前的情況。當(dāng)然,如果你在中學(xué)時(shí)得過(guò)國(guó)際奧林匹克比賽大獎(jiǎng)或全國(guó)性的大獎(jiǎng),不妨提上一筆。
